Translation

Always thinking that those japanese drama/anime which boardcasting in the local channel in Bahasa Malaysia are lousy. Bad timing, the meaning and grammar not accurate, and the words like speaking out without feeling. Lousy~
Until my bro found this part time job days ago, rewrite the script by translate it from Japanese to Bahasa Malaysia. It comes with a script and a demo VCD like this...

Wondering what story we're working on? It is episode 318 of Crayon ShinChan. At first we thought it should be an easy job as we do understand the common Japanese language. But understanding is not the hard part, translating it is the part which burst our head off. If you know the wat ShinChan talks, you should be able to understand it's not easy to convert what he says to Bahasa Malaysia. If directly convert it wouldn't sounds nice and we have to consider about toleration between the dialogue and the scene. As helping my bro, working on it made me stay up late at night till 4am yesterday, but my bro brought some complement home after he submit the script. Somehow feel worthful doing it.
Now I've understand that it's not easy to do language translation, I'll pay extra respect to those doing the translation job behind the scene in the local channel company from now on. They've been doing a great job all the time, gave them a big applause...
